The Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture’s Hardwoods Development Council (HDC) is responsible for the development, expansion and promotion of the hardwoods industry in PA. This work takes many forms, including educating students, architects/designers, and consumers about the benefits of sustainable forest management and utilizing REAL PA Hardwood, expanding domestic & international market opportunities, connecting consumers with sellers, and much more!
