PFPA Legislative Day on the Hill

This year, we will host our legislative reception on Tuesday, May 2, 2023 at the Hilton Harrisburg. Then, for all interested attendees, PFPA will coordinate visits with legislators in their Capitol offices on the morning of Wednesday, May 3.

Last year’s event was a hit – at the reception, we welcomed dozens of members of the State House and Senate as well as dignitaries from a variety of key agencies, including the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, the PA Department of Agriculture, the PA Game Commission, Penn State University, and more! For the Day on the Hill, PFPA members and staff conducted over 20 meetings in one morning – all focused on elevating public officials’ understanding about our industry and its importance to our entire Commonwealth.

This event is a great networking opportunity – enabling you to see fellow members of Pennsylvania’s forest products community as well as share important information about our industry to our state’s leading elected and appointed public officials.
